1. Services

Damini Daynight Spa ("we", "us", "our") provides professional massage therapy and wellness services at B-103, Kherwadi Road, Kherwadi, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051. All services are performed by trained and certified therapists.

2. Bookings and Appointments

• Bookings can be made via phone (+91 9987989262), WhatsApp, or our website contact form
• Walk-ins are welcome subject to therapist availability
• We recommend booking 30–60 minutes in advance for specialized services
• Confirmation of booking is provided via callback or WhatsApp message
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations (under 2 hours) may incur a partial service charge
• Rescheduling is available with 2+ hours' notice at no additional charge
• No-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings

4. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please inform our therapist of:

• Any current medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries
• Pregnancy (especially first trimester — some treatments are contraindicated)
• Allergies to oils, fragrances, or skincare products
• Blood pressure, heart, or circulatory conditions
• Any skin conditions or open wounds

We reserve the right to modify or decline treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for the client.

5. Client Conduct

All clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct throughout their visit. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full session charge, and may result in being prohibited from future bookings. We will report such incidents to appropriate authorities.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service completion
• We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other major digital wallets
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; confirmed booking prices are honored
• All prices include applicable taxes

7. Liability Limitation

Damini Daynight Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of failure to disclose relevant medical information before treatment. Clients use our services at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design elements, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Damini Daynight Spa. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
